Google / Google Ads and Google Consent Mode v2

We use Google Ads to advertise the NomadWorks platform and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. Google Ads conversion tracking may store information about an advertising interaction and use the Google tag to determine whether a relevant conversion subsequently occurs on our website.

Depending on consent and configuration, information may include IP address, browser and device information, page and referrer information, advertising interactions, ad-click identifiers, conversion events and consent-related signals.

Where legally required, Google Ads advertising storage and other non-essential advertising technologies are used only after the relevant consent has been provided.

Google Consent Mode v2. Google Consent Mode communicates consent states to Google tags. The relevant signals include ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization, and analytics_storage where Google analyticsstorage is used. These signals should be set to the appropriate default state before measurement commands and updated when the user changes their choice.

When storage consent is denied, consent-aware Google tags can operate without storing advertising cookies and may send consent-state and cookieless measurement signals. This behaviour depends on whether Basic or Advanced Consent Mode is implemented.

Consent Mode itself does not save the user's consent choice. The consent management solution or website must persist that choice, for example through an appropriate first-party consent cookie or local storage.

Legal basis: Consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR where consent is required. Users can change or withdraw consent through Cookie Settings.

Meta Platforms

Advertising and campaign measurement technologies may be used for Facebook and Instagram if implemented and if the required consent has been provided. LinkedIn Advertising and campaign measurement technologies may be used if implemented and if the required consent has been provided

7. International Data Transfers

Some service providers may process personal data outside Austria or the EEA, including providers headquartered in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards required under the GDPR are used, which may include an adequacy decision, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where applicable, Standard Contractual Clauses or other permitted safeguards

8. Your Cookie Choices

When you first visit our website, you may be presented with a cookie consent banner. You can choose to Accept All, Reject Optional, or Customize Preferences. Optional categories are disabled by default until you make a choice where consent is required.

9. Changing or Withdrawing Your Consent

You can change or withdraw your cookie preferences at any time through “Cookie Settings” in the website footer. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal. Existing cookies can also be deleted through browser settings.

10. Browser Settings

Most browsers allow you to view, delete or block cookies. Blocking all cookies may affect essential platform functionality. Browser settings are separate from consent choices made through our website

11. Changes to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when technologies, providers or legal requirements change. Where changes materially affect consent-based processing, renewed consent will be requested where required.
